Although the media may be sensationalizing a lot of the Coronavirus outbreak lately, there is no doubt that it is going to change the world as we know it.
Traveling to and from certain countries is restricted, trade docks are closing, and widespread panic has already infected civilization.
Having that said, there's no need for you to panic. Here are some helpful tips & advice from global pandemic experts to prepare you for what might come.
Your first line of defense against any pathogen is a strong immune system, and the first step to a strong immune system is watching your diet.
Nutrient deficiency is one of the strongest killers of the immune system, so knocking this off the list will put you ahead of the (zombie) pack.
Start eating more fruits & vegetables and cut back on the junk food.
Right behind a good diet is quality REM sleep.
When you have poor sleep patterns, the strength of your immune system drops drastically.
Sleep is a time for our bodies to recharge & build up what was spent throughout the day. Don't run for the Advil PMs, however; naturally tire yourself to get the repair your body needs.
Which dovetails nicely into my next point...
I'm not saying go to the gym; that's probably the last place you want to go right now.
Instead, get outside & go for a hike. If you live somewhere cold, good! Multiple studies have shown that cold exposure actually strengthens your immune system instead of weakening it.
If you're not about the cold at all, just do some push-ups or jumping jacks every few hours. Or, you could use that treadmill you've been staring at for years.
This is a common misconception about the general public. Everyone thinks to clean the shelves of their local supermarket, but there is a strategy to this.
Before you load your cart with peas and beans, check the expiration date. Be sure to grab the cans that are the most fresh.
Supermarkets often put the most fresh items behind the ones presented to sell off inventory before they go bad.
While we're on the subject, you're going to need something to eat it with, and plastic cutlery ain't gonna cut it.
Grab one of our Stealth Sporks, our flagship exclusive product that's a fork, spoon, and hidden knife all in one.
If you have loved ones in nursing homes, consider bringing them home until this all blows over.
COVID-19 can be overcome by most, but the elderly are most vulnerable.
Combine everyone's loved ones constantly in and out of nursing homes with the insane contagious nature of the virus, it would be wise to bring grandma home for a few weeks.
Trust me, you won't regret it.
Look, Coronavirus is more than likely another Ebola or Swine Flu, but it's always best to be prepared.
Don't take these tips lightly, and even if this is nothing, you'll be better prepared is something does come along in the future.
P.S. Our Survival Handbook is a must-have essential for doomsday preparations.
